- A $200 deposit is required within seven days of
placing your reservation.
- Reservation cancelation is 14 day
- Total
rent for stay and a one time departure cleaning fee is
due at Check-in
- All
rates are subject to applicable florida and county taxes.
- Three night minimun charge required.
- Reservations obtained under false pretense will not be honored,
and will be
subject to loss of entire deposit and rent paid.
- We do not allow any units to be occupied by more guest than
beds accomodate.
- No reservations
are made for unchaperoned guests under the age of 25.
- We
enjoy meeting our guests and expect prompt payment upon arrival.
- Upon
check-in we are able to answer any questions and inform the
guest they
are staying in a privately-owned unit and advise them
of what is expected of
them in return. Rules are provided governing the use
of each unit and are
Strictly enforced.
- Guest are responsible for any damages.
- We reserve the right, in the event of unforeseen circumstances,
to reassign
a unit other than the unit originally reserved. Every attempt
will be made
to provide a substiute unit of like kind and quality.
- No
pets allowed
